And I blushed…

(Have given a poetic twist to a nice fancy story that we all may have heard ! This is an inspiration from that joke. Just enjoy this, one more time, but this time little poetically! )

There she was a bundle of energy

I longed to experience this kind of synergy

But her dad’s sight started giving me slow allergy

Yet the connect was something beyond any biology!

When things got frozen my hopes got high

Knowing I need to wait for months I surely was dry !

She gave me clues many times that I should try …

I decided to stay a gentleman for my animal inside to cry !

I envied her dad for the two girls he had

Knowing I would just get one of them made me real sad!

Being a one women man is such an old fad

They always saw me the perfect gentleman .. .that made me glad !

Never thought this call would come so soon…

Her sisters number flashed as my phone started to croon!

Well my mind started thinking is this a pre honeymoon!

Buy one get one free here ... wow what a boon!

She hushed her voice that made my eyes wide

Asked me how long will I take to be by her side

By this time I had already started my ride !

Her demand was to be by my side and orders I should abide !

With no one in the house but her …wow what a chance

I got all the right signals just by her mere glance

She came closer that gave rise to my horns !

Kept saying my prayers so that there are no thorns !

She walked up the stairway and signaled me to come

The deep breaths were just a music to my ears to hum

As I took a step forward some parts started going numb

But I thought again and walked to the door not so glum !

She tried to call my name to signal me in

I thought again and almost fell for this sin

Opened the door and she thought her proposal was in the bin

I headed to my car with a sheepish grin !

As I walked the stairs down there they were

The entire family standing with a proud stare

I stood shocked with a surprised glare

I felt safe to have walked my way out of this dare !

She came running out telling them all how pure I was

I smiled and held my head high but my beating took a pause!

She came and hugged me for not having any flaws!

The move to walk back now earned me a life full of applause!

Her sister tried to make me fall for the trap

Thinking I am yet another guy who would want more of this crap

It took a herculean effort to stop my desires to unwrap

Deep inside did I worry oh what an opportunity I missed to lap!

Everyone knew I have passed this test

And she knew she had got nothing but the best!

I almost fell for the trap and spoiled my nest...

All because this always has been man’s weakest zest!

Yet the story is far from completion…

I may have gone behind the normal temptation

It took me a great strain to not disclose my erection

Not much but I escaped a mere death by a fraction

Everyone thought the wild desires in me got flushed

But to seek the condoms in the car is why I rushed

Thanks to destiny their plan was crushed

Only I knew what a lucky escape… and I blushed!!!
